Ingredients

2 lb ROCKY® Free Range Chicken Wings
2 tsp vegetable oil
8-12  celery sticks
1 tbsp garlic, minced
1 1/2 cup tomato juice
3 tbsp worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp cholula hot sauce
lemon, zested & juiced
2 tbsp celery salt
1 tbsp ancho chili powder
1 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp granulated garlic
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

Method

1 In a small saucepan, preheat oil over medium heat, add garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Add the rest of the ingredients and whisk until all seasonings have dissolved. Bring just to a boil, reduce heat to low, and keep warm for service.
2 Toss wings, cooked to internal temperature of 165°, with sauce either grilled, baked or fried. Whichever you prefer. Serve with celery sticks & Enjoy!
