Our food truck attends local community events where visitors are able to sample the delicious creations of Petaluma Poultry's very own, Chef Mark. Fresh, local and seasonal ingredients are always on Chef Mark’s menu. All of the money raised from our Food Truck sales is donated back to local charities and organizations.
