| Combine egg, oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt and pepper in low, wide bowl. Add chicken tenders or strips and toss to coat. |
| Mix together breadcrumbs, Parmesan and parsley in separate low, wide bowl. Working with one at a time, remove chicken from egg mixture and let excess liquid drip off. Coat in breadcrumb mixture on all sides. Place in air fryer basket. Repeat with remaining chicken, working until air fryer basket is full but not crowded. Depending on size of air fryer, work in batches if necessary. |
| Spray top of chicken with olive oil cooking spray. Air Fry at 400°F for 9 minutes. Flip chicken, spray opposite side with oil and cook additional 9 minutes, until chicken is cooked through to internal temperature of 170°. |
| Meanwhile, combine all ingredients for hot honey in small saucepan over medium heat. Bring to boil, stirring occasionally. Continue to boil for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and let cool. |
| Serve chicken tenders with hot honey as a dipping sauce or drizzled over crispy exterior. Garnish with fresh parsley. |
