2 lb ROCKY® Free Range Whole Chicken Wings
1.5 cup honey
1 cup dijon mustard
1 cup water
1/2 cup olive oil
1.5 cup cider vinegar
1 tbsp mustard seed, fresh ground
1 tbsp kosher salt
1 tbsp smoked paprika
3/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 cup chives, sliced thin, set aside for garnish


1 Before you start grind the mustard seed so it’s fresh! In a bowl, whisk all ingredients except the chives until well combined.
2 Toss wings, cooked to internal temperature of 165°, with sauce whether grilled, baked or fried. Whichever you prefer. Sprinkle some chives on the wings for garnish!
