|1||In a small saucepan at medium heat add the olive oil and garlic saute till fragrant but do not brown. Add soy sauce, hoisin, honey, brown sugar, sriracha and sesame oil. Bring to a boil and reduce till thickened. Once thick add the sesame seeds. keep warm|
|2||Prepare your wings, seasoned with salt & pepper either grilled, baked or fried. Toss the wings, cooked to internal temperature of 165°, with the warm sauce. Serve with the chopped sesame sticks and green onion & Enjoy!|
