ROCKY® Free Range Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Filets
2 oz  vegetable oil
  salt & pepper
1/2 oz  dried porcini mushroom, ground to a powder
1/2 oz  extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp kosher salt
1/2 tbsp red pepper flakes
1/2 tbsp cracked black pepper
cloves garlic, minced


1 Preheat grill on medium heat for 20 minutes. Brush each chicken breast evenly with oil and season with salt and pepper. Place the chicken breasts evenly over the hot grill. Turn each chicken breast 90 degrees after 3 minutes, then flip over after another 3 minutes. Turn 90 degrees after 3 minutes, then after another 3 minutes check temperature. Once chicken breast reaches 165 degrees internal temperature remove from heat and tent with aluminum foil to keep warm.
2 In a small bowl, stir together all ingredients to blend well. Taste and adjust seasoning.
3 Spread a small amount of slather on the top and bottom sides of the bun before placing your chicken breast in the bun. Enjoy!
