ROCKY® Free Range Chicken Drumsticks
1 oz Vegetable Oil
1 oz Honey
  Salt and Pepper
2 tbsp Smoked Paprika
1 tbsp Brown Sugar
1 tbsp Granulated Garlic
1 tbsp Salt
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Dark Chili Powder
1 tsp Coriander


1 Toss drums with oil, honey, salt, and pepper. Place on a greased sheet pan, and roast at 350° for 30-45 minutes depending on size of drum. Check internal temperature with an instant read thermometer. Once internal temperature reaches 165°, remove from oven and place on preheated grill to crisp skin and finish cooking bones through.
2 In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Toss fully cooked drums with rub until incorporated evenly.
